Anti-Ragging Cell

Ragging has several aspects with among others, Psychological, Social, Political, Economic, Cultural and Academic dimensions.

Any Act that prevents, disrupts or disturbs the regular academics related aspects of ragging.

Any Act or Abuse by spoken words, emails, blogs, public insults should be considered in the Psychological aspects of ragging.

Actions to be taken against students for indulging and abetting in ragging.
1. Cancellation of admission.
2. Suspension from attending classes.
3. With holding results.
4. Imposing fine.
5. Rustication from the institution for period ranging from one to four semesters.
6. Withholding/ Withdrawing scholarship/ fellowship and other benefits.

In case of any such incidents, the students are requested to first of all inform/contact the head/members of the Anti-Ragging Committee.
